Now you get to transfer a bit of the info into the Lifestyle Assessment & Interpretation template, and also put in some of the numbers from the USDA guidelines. You will see some functional recommendations in there already. This will generate some additional data and charts for you automatically in the template to give you some additional insight.
But the main point is now you get to look at this data and formulate goals for yourself. That may be the same as what you are doing. That may be the same as USDA recommendations. Or it may be completely different altogether based on aspects of the material or your research.
You get to be in charge! However, whatever your goals and recommendations, you will be commenting on your thought process in generating that goal. Because that’s what’s important. Too often guidelines and recommendations are blanketed, so let’s start the change in individualized care!
