Answer the questions at the end of the case study. Some of the questions will ask what you would do or advise in that situation, but please do not include your own personal opinion—the assignment is for you to use material from the course to answer the questions. Papers will be graded along the following criteria:
Demonstrating comprehension of key issues in answers to the questions: Students must be able to explain the most important issues and facts in each case authoritatively, be factually accurate, demonstrate critical thinking, and use terminology correctly.
Relating the literature to the cases: Students should be able to cite relevant and appropriate literature and explain how that literature relates to the issues in the cases. Literature may come from the any of the required or supplemental readings. Again, regardless of how the question is phrased, do not write in first person (“I”) or contribute your own opinions. Use the literature to answer the question. Do not use any literature outside of what was assigned for this course.
Writing quality: Papers must be written at the graduate level and largely free of grammatical and typographical errors. All sources must be properly cited using APSA formatting.
Papers should be 5-7 pages in length.
Papers should be double spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font, 1” margins, and paginated.
